How long does it take to receive my shirt after I place my order?

Please take note that our ship time is officially between 1-2 weeks, although often times your order will arrive much faster - it all depends what shirts we have in stock.  As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking number in your email.  If you need your shirts within a considerably shorter time frame, please email lex@badkidsclothing.com to make sure that we can get them to you in time before ordering.

What is your return policy?

Every shirt is printed to order, therefore we do not accept returns or do refunds unless of course there is a problem with the appearance or quality of your item.  Please consider our Size Guide before ordering to prevent ordering the wrong size.

Where do you ship from?

All shirts are printed and shipped from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Each order is shipped with delivery confirmation and is trackable.  Once your order is confirmed to be delivered to your shipping address, we are no longer responsible for what happens to the package, so please make sure to provide a shipping address that will be safe and reliable to deliver to.
